한국으로 돌아와서, 미국에서 먹던 음식중에 그리운 것. 아인슈타인 베이글... 2013/12/19 - [미국 이야기/인디애나 Lafayette (Purdue)] - 아인슈타인 베이글 Einstein Bros Bagels 이렇게 잘 먹던 것이었는데, 한국에서 맛있는 베이글 찾기가 쉽지 않아요. 그러다가 우연히 코스트코에서 파는 베이글이 아인슈타인 브로 제품이라는걸 발견! 스타벅스와 조선호텔인가(?)에서 아인슈타인측에 로열티를 주고 베이글을 만든다는 것은 들었는데, 이렇게 같은 상표를 쓰고 팔다니... 코스트코 자체 브랜드인 Kirkland와 아인슈타인 브로 베이글이 같이 만들고 있더라구요. 영등포 근처에 있는 코스트코 양평점에 갔습니다. 점심 전이라 그런지 사람들이 엄청 많더라구요 ㅠ 지하에 갔더니... ..
